Overwhelmed by wedding planning and not sure where to start? Clarity is your one-stop strategy session designed to bring focus, direction, and (you guessed it) CLARITY to your planning process. Whether you're stuck on budgeting, timelines, vendor choices, or just need a professional sounding board, this consultation is all about giving you the confidence to move forward — without committing to a full planner.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens — and sometimes plans change! Please review our policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for Clarity Consultation appointments: Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule once at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation are non-refundable. Rescheduling You may reschedule your consultation once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $20 rebooking fee, subject to availability. No-Shows If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. A new consultation will require a separate booking. Technical Issues If a technical issue on our end prevents the consultation from happening, we will reschedule at your convenience or issue a full refund. If you experience technical difficulties, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to reschedule within reason. Need to cancel or reschedule?
