Cancellation Policy
The Free Discovery Call is a complimentary 30-minute virtual meeting designed to provide an introductory conversation about your wedding planning needs and how our services may support you. Please Note: This call is not a consultation and will not include detailed planning, vendor recommendations, timeline building, or personalized event advice. One free discovery call is available per couple. Additional calls will require a paid consultation booking. Calls must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed or no-show calls may not be rebooked. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule discovery calls in the event of scheduling conflicts or emergencies. By booking a Free Discovery Call, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
